Old-world charm is a phrase that describes Langberg very accurately. The farm has a rich history dating back to 1870 and we strive to stay in close contact with these roots. Our comfortable and luxurious Victorian-style rooms transport you back in time to this era of grandeur.

Relax in an original Victorian bath while watching a Nyala antelope graze lazily on a thorn bush a few meters from your window. Join us on a ‘Feeding drive’ and watch our herd of African buffalo from the safety of our game-viewer with the African sun basking the savannah in its last waning rays. This is African romance at its best.

A beautiful, tranquil experience with excellent service

We booked two Kraal rooms, sleeping four each, on our way back home from the Northwest Province.

It was a very happy experience on the farm. Fabulous hikes, farm animals, ducks. They serve really good home fare and some great wines. We were in bed by 8.30 pm and slept like babies. It’s that kind of place 🙂

Delia is fabulous hostess and seems to be doing everything herself.
It is a Karoo experience I would highly recommend.

Great hospitality

My wife and I have spend two night here to attend a wedding. This is a lovely place with good clean accommodation in a typical farm setting. There is a variety of game on the farm and they stay very close to the living units. This place is also great for hosting weddings.

“A Treasure in the Wild”

This place is a basic self catering pleasure. The most notable part of the time we spent there was the service and the excellent food! The farm itself is interesting and we loved the fact that wildlife, such as bick, came to eat nearby.

Charming Karoo stop-over

Although we were only here for one night, as a mere stopover on our long road from Pretoria to Cape Town, we were very impressed with this charming little guest farm. It truly epitomises the Karoo & is relaxed & friendly.

The rooms are big enough for a family of 4 or group of friends & you have the option to self-cater as well. We opted for a dinner, which was delicious & served outdoors as it was a great evening. The hostess was very friendly & accommodating to our needs.

The Guest Farm has lots of personalised touches, which adds to the feeling that it is uniquely charming.

There are lots of things to in the area & on the farm, we unfortunately didn’t have time, but would be sure to be back soon!
